nexofplay provides access to shared Steam accounts for offline PC play. For order questions, support or complaints, contact contact@nexofplay.com.
What you are ordering
Unless the product page explicitly states otherwise, the product is access to a shared Steam account for offline play on one PC. It is not a Steam activation key or a game added to your personal account. Other customers may use the shared account. You cannot change its email or password. Confirm the access duration, activation requirements and restrictions before paying.
Requests and prices
Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (DH). Sending a WhatsApp message or submitting a form is an order request; no payment is taken on this website. Before you pay, the store must confirm the game, availability, total price, accepted payment method, delivery terms and access conditions in writing. Do not pay for an unavailable or unreleased game without a clear agreement about delivery.
Use and support
Check the game’s PC requirements and offline compatibility. Follow the seller’s activation instructions and applicable platform terms. nexofplay is an independent store and is not Valve or Steam. Contact the store if the supplied access does not work.
Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude rights provided by applicable Moroccan consumer law. Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of the order. See the Refunds & delivery page. No blanket waiver of those rights is requested here.

Sauf mention explicite sur la fiche, il s’agit d’un accès à un compte Steam partagé pour jouer hors ligne sur un PC. Ce n’est ni une clé Steam ni un jeu ajouté à votre compte personnel. D’autres clients peuvent utiliser le compte partagé. Vous ne pouvez pas modifier son e-mail ou son mot de passe. Confirmez la durée d’accès, les conditions d’activation et les restrictions avant de payer.
Demandes et prix
Les prix sont affichés en dirhams marocains (DH). Un message WhatsApp ou un formulaire constitue une demande de commande ; aucun paiement n’est encaissé sur ce site. Avant tout paiement, la boutique doit confirmer par écrit le jeu, sa disponibilité, le prix total, le moyen de paiement, la livraison et les conditions d’accès. Ne payez pas pour un jeu indisponible ou non sorti sans accord clair sur sa livraison.
Utilisation et assistance
Vérifiez la configuration PC et la compatibilité hors ligne. Respectez les instructions d’activation et les conditions applicables de la plateforme. nexofplay est une boutique indépendante, distincte de Valve et Steam. Contactez la boutique si l’accès fourni ne fonctionne pas.
Droits des consommateurs
Ces conditions n’excluent aucun droit prévu par la législation marocaine applicable. Les droits d’annulation, de rétractation et de remboursement dépendent de la loi et des circonstances de la commande. Consultez la page Remboursements et livraison. Aucune renonciation générale à ces droits n’est demandée.

طبيعة المنتج
ما لم توضح صفحة اللعبة خلاف ذلك، فالمنتج هو الوصول إلى حساب Steam مشترك للعب دون اتصال على حاسوب واحد. ليس مفتاح تفعيل ولا لعبة تُضاف إلى حسابك الشخصي. قد يستخدم عملاء آخرون الحساب المشترك. لا يمكنك تغيير بريده الإلكتروني أو كلمة مروره. تأكد من مدة الوصول وشروط التفعيل والقيود قبل الدفع.
الطلبات والأسعار
الأسعار بالدرهم المغربي. إرسال رسالة عبر واتساب أو النموذج هو طلب للتواصل بشأن الشراء، ولا يتم الدفع داخل الموقع. قبل الدفع يجب أن يؤكد المتجر كتابيًا اللعبة وتوفرها والسعر الإجمالي ووسيلة الدفع وشروط التسليم والوصول. لا تدفع مقابل لعبة غير متوفرة أو لم تصدر دون اتفاق واضح على التسليم.
الاستخدام والدعم
تحقق من متطلبات الحاسوب وإمكانية اللعب دون اتصال. اتبع تعليمات التفعيل وشروط المنصة المعمول بها. nexofplay متجر مستقل وليس Valve أو Steam. تواصل مع المتجر إذا لم يعمل الوصول المقدم.
حقوق المستهلك
لا تستبعد هذه الشروط الحقوق التي يكفلها القانون المغربي المعمول به. تعتمد حقوق الإلغاء والتراجع والاسترداد على القانون وظروف الطلب. راجع صفحة الاسترداد والتسليم. لا يُطلب هنا التنازل العام عن هذه الحقوق.
